Traditional institutions organise information by departments. Kingdom movements organise people by transformation. PAAN is being built as a living formation pathway, where every leader knows the answer to four questions: Where am I? What is my next step? Who is walking with me? Where is God sending me?
This is a work measured in generations, and it begins the way lasting works always begin: with a small company of people, formed deeply, sent deliberately.
Not a ministry attached to one name. Not a platform. A movement of the ecclesia across Africa, built layer by layer so that what is founded in this generation can be handed whole to the next.

The founding cohort: Kingdom Foundations
Every part of the PAAN vision, from the academy to the gates to the regional hubs, depends on one thing: leaders who have been formed. So that is where we begin.
Kingdom Foundations is a twelve-week live formation course for a small founding cohort. Not content to consume, but a company to belong to. Weekly teaching, honest community, prayer, and a clear next step at the end.
